    I'm Dan and this is my first post. Has anyone tried to to with the 4 cylinder SR5 and how did you make out with it? Thanks

    Internet says you can tow 3500lbs with the 4 cyl. Should be fine for most small things like atv's and etc. However, if you were wanting to do any serious towing then you should not have gotten a Tacoma to begin with lol.

    Welcome! What are you thinking of towing?
    I tow a 4x8 utility trailer with mine just fine, and I'd imagine it would pull a smaller boat well enough. I wouldn't want to do anything with 2 axles or a camper.

    The biggest/ heaviest I've towed was when I moved and all I can say is I made it, wouldn't want to do it again.
