OME 2885 front coil overs, Bilstein 5100 front, 5125 rear, ICON RXT pack (option 2), JBA UCA, Whiteline LCA Bushings (Best thing I've Done), ECGS front diff bushing, VLEDS Triton V6 headlight bulbs, VLEDS DRL, Power Stop front calipers, SOS rear bumper, RCI skid plate, Rough Country step bars, TRD gloss wheels, KO2 265 75. With the OME coil overs, ICON RXT option 2, I essentially achieved a 2 inch lift with no vibe issues, way less body roll than stock. With the Whiteline LCA bushings, my steering is hands off straight on the highway...night and day difference from OEM. Replaced upper and lower control arms, sway bar bushings, alignment cams and had some alignment cam stops welded on at 120K miles. Drives better now than when it was brand new.
I was overdue for a headlight replacement...Installed VLEDs V6 Triton headlight bulbs, VLEDs DRL/ turn signal bulbs and VLEDs reverse lights. Pricey, but very happy with them so far. The headlights seem a bit brighter than the Sylvania Silverstar Ultras that I've replaced MANY times over the years. (Turned on the fogs on for light color comparison in the pic...I haven't swapped those over yet). I did not have to re-aim the headlights. (Made targets on the wall before the swap, and the VLED's bulbs were right on target in the OEM housings). I haven't had anyone flash beam me on 2 or 4 lane roads yet, and I do a lot of night driving. My original OEM DRL lenses melted with the 3157 bulbs, so hoping that doesn't happen again. The LED reverse lights are a huge improvement. Threw in some LED license plate lights as well when I did a bumper swap. DRL.jpg reverse lights.jpg

Short story long, if you order new OEM headlights...make sure you are getting the improved housing with the glass DRL diffusers. I was a dumb ass...ordering OEM replacements, because I did not think there was any way they'd still have the melty DRL housings in the system anymore. I did not realize that I had said melty housings, till after I had installed the new headlights, which is a bit of a PITA with the bolt in the wheel well. Before I get flamed...yes I know that I could have ordered aftermarket projector headlights or whatever...for the money I spent on OEM housings and then stuffing them with VLEDs...

I bought an overlay for my front grille and it didn't fit, it was to small. I've looked at one for the steering wheel but noticed there's no room on the edges of the logo to the steering wheel for any overlay. It's supper close and tight so I don't think an overlay would work but thanks for the info.

You went from the stock grey/silver to carbon fiber to black on your shifter bezel.

I thought I was going crazy so I spent over a half hour to discover I am in fact crazy for spending over a half hour researching your interior color choices.

    Lmao!

No mods today...but tomorrow the interior will be getting a slight refresh. New LED's to replace the several I have out, mostly in the switches to the left of the steeringwheel. Also have another set of Osram Nightbreaker Lasers as they're about the only bulbs I have found worth a damn for the Spyder/Tcmabeast headlights.

If memory serves, I preheated mine to around the 240* - 250* mark, once it reached temp I turned the oven off and put the lights in.

Rotated my new Cooper at3 4s’ for their first 5000 mile rotation.
While doing so, aired up the spare tire, for the FIRST time:eek:, it was at 10psi, possibly the first time it’s ever been aired up.

    Check your spares people:thumbsup:

The other day I was on a circular style of a freeway onramp and I heard a loud pop sound. There weren't any cars anywhere in front of me. I just found out what that pop sound was, it was my windshield, and I'm fairly sure it was from a bb or pellet gun.

Hope it wasn't! You would be surprise at how far a tire can throw a rock. Think small pebble stuck in a tread rotating on a truck going 70 mph it can fly off well over twice that speed and significant distance.

Started building my down pipe last weekend. Still have a little ways to go, but got the pie cuts done so should be smooth sailing from here on. Up to this point it’s been about 8 hrs of fab/fitment for just the down pipe. It’s been a fun project though, quite a challenge for sure
