One of the reasons I could never just be a machinist a few parts I could handle building prototypes not a few hundred

Back when computers took up a whole room and cnc was years in the future. .

Though now days you can just put the parts in and take them out

Brought Sadie to her hip hop practice, then we’re going to eat then coming back for daddy daughter dance practice in 2 hours. A good daddy daughter date

 

I'm not a sports guy, but The Last Dance (a Bulls/Jordan thing) was excellent. It was on Netflix, not sure about now tho.

 

Costs twice as much as I paid for my Springfield 1911 Loaded Model in .45ACP with custom trigger, grips and recoil spring.

I did 6 hours on the pressure washer today. Didn't think I could stand up that long. Must be getting some strength back.

I was happy with how the fan-shaft turned out. Checked in V-blocks and less than .001" run-out along the entire length.
I didn't look after I cut the key in it.
My feet aching today. Called the local Brown Shoe to see if I missed them calling to let me know my boots are in. She said let me check...comes back and inform me that boot is currently not available. Apparently they closed one of the over-sea manufacturing facilities.
I might research some new inserts for the ones I've got, or give a different brand a try. Danner perhaps?
