2007 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner

Has anyone had issues with the Aucar headset,I installed one on my 07 Tacoma on Monday and am having issues with it. Boot up doesn’t display a Tacoma and I can’t switch to split screen. Contacted seller and they haven’t gotten back yet to me.
