TPMS, Tach, EGT, Load%... I'm not at my truck right now, but those are the ones I remember seeing.

Here's what you get in a 3rd gen even without the OBD2 connector.

Hi guys! I have gotten my head unit installed (WT7600) and have been able to get it just about perfectly flush and have had no isues with getting features to work, but the audio quality and overall loudness are both significantly diminished from the stock system. I have a 2022 TRD sport with JBL, and I was hoping to have the opposite effect after reading everyone else's posts. Any ideas on what I may have done wrong? Never really messed with car audio before so this is my first go round, any info will help!

    Here is my current product:

So, I'm about to attempt this, but I have an SR5 and have installed a DMM so already drilled some holes in my stock non-premium bezel. My thought it I may as well try to mill it out and save a few hundred bucks and if I really mess it up I'll buy a new OEM premium bezel.

Is someone who has this radio installed w/ a premium bezel able to take side and top measurements for me? Basically just want to know how much material I need to leave on the sides so I can mask it up properly before surgery. Bonus points if you can get the radius. Thanks!

    COOL Stuff I can't afford . . . But I bought anyway!
Did mine a few months back. Upgraded all speakers to infinity w/ 4 channel and 2 channel amps. 10" JL audio in rear cab. H/U is awesome, super responsive. Sitting flush. Sounds amazing. Adding an addional set of Infinity kappa tweeters to the front door wings to help with the sound staging.

I purchased Pioneers XM module ($50) and used the iDatalink jumper to connect to the factory sharkfin. Works great if you like XM.

I just purchased this hu and I'm pairing it with a maestro rr. My truck is a 2012 with jbl. I've held off on wiring the harnesses together because I am not an expert and not looking to mess things up. The wiring diagram says the jbl application doesn't require you to wire all 8 speaker wires? Why is that my brain is having trouble understanding that part.

Another thing I'm unsure about is the PO had someone hard wire a steering wheel control module to the main harness. And they it looks like they cut the wires that run from the jbl amp to the head unit? And ran they're own speaker wire from the passenger footwear up to the head unit.

^^^ did they cut any connectors off or are those orange and brown cables typically running to the main stock harness. Or did they basically make it so now I have to wire the speaker wires to the maestro. I'll add photos tomorrow or later this week but hopefully if anyone has a vast knowledge of these tacomas they can help me figure out what I need to do

This is the only picture I have on hand of the mentioned speaker wire that's connected to the orange and brown wires that run to the jbl amp
Hard to tell but they are ran to the rats nest of a steering wheel control module

Is the premium bezel referring to the OEM Head Units with NAV and or JBL or just the 8" screen vs the 7" screen? I have a non premium package 2022 TRD OR.

It’s refers to the size of the screen. As far as I can tell you should be good to go. Not even sure if any of the 2020+ even come with the smaller bezel anymore.

I'm loving all the information for the install issues with this head unit. I've searched - and apologies if this has been answered - but I have seen no mention: does the center HUD Speed Limit Sign indicator still work with the Maestro?

Yeah, well, that's gone for me now. Love the new head unit but will probably be staring at the center HUD looking for the speed limit for a few weeks until I get used to it being gone. FYI, you also lose the compass heading that is normally on the same HUD page. No biggie as the compass readout on the mirror still functions.

So far this is the only functionality that seems to be missing. A slight sacrifice, for sure, but I'll take that over having to deal with the Entune crap.

Just curious with the 7600 is it possible to get the Garmin Powerswitch app on the screen so that I could control the powerswitch from the 7600?

I found the answer for CarPlay, I assume AA would be the same. It’s a short thread in the 3rd gen section.
