    Great condition aside from some wear on the outer cover, no holes though. Includes the anti condensation mat, shoe bag and removable insulation. $800 located in Chesapeake VA. This bad boy only weighs 95 lbs so it's perfect for the solo camper, or a smaller couple (I've never tried sharing this tent with my wife)
