I have read about ppl having these problems individually, but not all at once. Trip odometers will randomly reset, some times the passenger air bag light will come on and driver as well, the radio will shut off or reset back to factory default. I have even walked into the garage before after hours of the truck being shut off to hear/ and find the fuel pump running. 123k miles. Idk where to start. Any advice is appreciated

Are you sure it was the fuel pump?
Or could you have been hearing the evap pump running? - That is normal.

Agree that sounds like a possible rodent problem, start checking the harness(s) for any damage and repair as necessary. I would also suggest to check all wire grounding points for looseness or corrosion...have to start with the easy and basics first

I have check wiring and really everything looks really good for a 7yo truck. I’m not saying every inch has been went over but I would guess 80% of the entire wiring has been checked.
The noise heard in the garage was definitely coming from the fuel tank.
Most of the time, I can cycled the key off and back on and it is fine.
I was just suggested to change the alternator as it could be the voltage regulator in the alternator is not working properly ‍♂️
