Good morning Shane, Inc. How’s everybody doing?

 

Going good on the east side Blevin, how are you?

 

Doing well, just tired from the yard work. Going to try to float around in the pool today

 

We made these for a machine shop 1/2 a mile away. They go on their lathe door, wouldn’t you think they could make them?

 

Last year I ripped the fire extinguisher off the side of my tractor, finally got around to making a new bracket for it. Also cleaned the dirt dobber out of it and put a rubber cap on it from an end mill tube. You can see it above the fender on the tractor. When I drilled the holes in the roll bar for it sand came out, they put it in there to stop the vibration.

 

Guy came in and wanted us to make him 2 of these with the curve for an old lamp. Some things you just have to say no to.

 

Small fee for someone else to do it, and they have more time for the money makers...

Southern Term for a biscuit, "cat head biscuit"

 

A pork tenderloin patty that's as large as a cat's head.

 

Us southerners call big biscuits catheads.

 

Okay... wouldn't a' got that in a thousand years.

 

It's amazing where mud dobbers can get to. We are constantly fighting intrusion from them on bottles we deploy that whistle when low. They fill a cavity and then they wont whistle when low.

Speaking of southern saying and biscuits:
"How you doing today"
"I'm hangin in there like a hair in a biscuit"

I try to use this fairly often.

 

I use that one a lot or "hanging in there like a loose tooth"

 

Only reason i know is because my wife is southern

 

I'm glad you asked...I just figured any type of meat object mashed down and beat with a tenderizer then breaded and fried...so that when ready to serve there's really no way to tell with certainty what it is

 

Started the day off with a dead loader, starter clangs but that's it.
Not too long after, we had a more pressing issue. Chipper vs length of chain, nobody won this one.


Two and a half hours later, six new knives, counter knives, clamps, and one new anvil, it's up and running.
