Backed into a pole, DUH, and did this.... I'm getting estimates and have one for replacement of the bed panel and one for repair of the current panel. Repair was 1/2 the price of replacement. Any body people out there and what do you recommend?

I'm leaning replacement and just bite the bullet through insurance... TIA!!

I'm not a body person (well, not that type;), but my friend borrowed the truck and did the same thing, which was repaired by a competent body shop. Years later, it still looks good, and no record on insurance. Get it repaired.

If they’re a good shop it can be repaired and the panel paint blended in the middle if the painter is good. If you replace the panel then you start talking about having to blend into the cab because if the paint is slightly off you’ll see it.
