Transfer Case Vent Tube

    At the top of the transfer case where the lever is inserted, the sub-assembly has a small metal vent tube (see below image, circled in red) which a hose is connected and routed to the transmission. Its a very short run, only a few inches.

    The problem I have is I need to replace that metal tube, it was broken off and the entire sub-assembly is no longer available to order at least not that I can find.

    The only thing I have been able to locate is a vent tube for a Jeep --

    The toyota version does not have a bend in it. Do I think it will matter, probably not. Still, that good ol' OCD factor, right?

    Anyone have a lead on this vent tube? Thx.

    Isn’t it made of steel? Heat it up and straighten it out

    edit, that’s if it even fits. I don’t know if the fitting dimensions are the same. Maybe some junkyards in your area can hook you up
