Crap Taco Paint

I’ve got the same paint issues that many of you have. Opened the hood on my ‘16 Taco last summer to find paint peeling off both quarter panels. Called my dealer and was told that if the damage was not due to negligence, etc., they would get it fixed. Showed up for my appointment and without even looking at the truck they told me they couldn’t help me. Waste of time and gas. 55k miles, like new but the paint is garbage. Hope Toyota gets this right soon. Every Super White 040 model except Tacoma gets repainted. WTF!!!!

As fate would have it, decided to wash my truck today to get the North Georgia pollen off. This truck is hand washed and waxed by yours truly. Hit it with the water hose(household pressure), and a 6 inch strip of paint flew off the back window. This truck has never been through a commercial car wash. This is a $35,000 shame. Finished washing. She looks good from a distance.
