    It's not a good idea to have tires of different height on your truck. You can fit 265/75/16s in the spare spot without issue.

    I'm thinking you'd be fine for temp use, just check the air pressure occasionally. Think about it many cars have a puny donut spare that is completely different. Its only 1" different diameter. I still have my original spare there (probably not good since its 11 years old now) :eek:

    If you put the smaller tire up front and drive in 2WD it will be fine. If you get a flat in the back, you could potentially take a good big tire off the front, put in back, put the small spare in the front and drive in 2wd, but this is double the work on side of road. Still it's an option.
