I have a good friend who grew up in a well known Chinese restaurant family. He always told me the key to hot/sour was using good/quality Black Vinegar.

    More bacon!

An angus burger seasoned with a little salt/pepper and Mrs Dash spicy seasoning. Baby swiss cheese, tomato, peppered bacon. On a toasted bun with a little chipotle mayo....and a side of Kettle-BBQ chips.

Costco had some seasoned tri tip ready to go. Pretty tasty! Also, the baked beans were from Costco. Don’t bother. Can of pork n beans would be better!

Used the last breast to make a chicken salad, it turned out great.
I used all the orig ingredients except cabbage, lettuce, mandarin oranges and just added celery, almonds and sweet relish. 1st time I’ve made a non traditional chicken salad.

Someone brought in a huge bag of potatoes to work so I grabbed a dozen. Some will be smoked later, some went into a batch of aloo curry.
