    Most of this stuff will never work. The main problem behind all of this is that society as a whole is getting stupider. Driving well isn't difficult. You dont need to spend 19791735 hours in a class room and 91759175971597 hours with a trained driving instructor (lol) to understand how to drive properly.

    What about letting someone get a license at 16 only if he has an "A" grade- point average in high school. Maybe this would give young people an incentive to do better in school.
