Cartoys installed everything. My taco doesn't have jbl, but I have the sw controls for bluetooth just like the jbl. They said the swi can not answer and hang up or use the voice command button like factory. I have seen other tacomas that retained this feature and don't know why mine won't? Basically the volume ones work, the ones below it are set to "seek" instead of swap between preset station. And supposedly 1 button answers incoming, but nothing can be done with the "disconnect call" or the "voice" button?

    Thanks for any advice!

the way the kenwoods work for hanging up the phone call, if you will, is they use the source command to go back the your audio/video source, so what you would need to have done is one of your buttons on your steering wheel would need to be programmed to change sources, then you could hang up the call when you are finished. The kenwood will go back to the source on its own though once the call has ended and the phone gives that command to the kenwood, those buttons on the right side of the steering wheel should be able to be programmed to work with your swi jack, I've installed lots of kenwoods and steering wheel control units, however I've never done one with the controls on the right side only ever the five on the left, but I gotta believe that they are connected with the same three wires in the back of the factory headunit like the ones on the left side, unless they go to a seperate unit in the dash somewhere...

Make sure they used this version looks like, they could have used an older version.
Current Revision #: 1.6.20b Description: Adds Bluetooth support for Kenwood radios & also adds support for Valor & OEM radios
Cause it should be just a reprogram for the buttons, like the previous poster said.

I still cant get my right side controls to do what I want. They do volume (duplicated). You are correct it wont do voice... gotta use the voice button Kenwood provides.
