My last Taco was a 2019 sport 3.5 auto that i had a Magnuson supercharger on it with 265-65-17 nitto ridge grappler tires. It would burn rubber taking off and get good second gear rubber and go sideways at 60 mph on wet pavement it also turned 75 MPH on a country road from A-B . My 2021 taco is a OR 3.5 auto with 265-70-17 KO2 BFG’s and it also ran 75 MPH in the same distance. This shocked me because the start was kind of slow with 1 inch taller tires. This 21 truck runs hard and shifts very good it does not hunt for gears either. Very happy with the improvements on the 21. Just a FYI

you will miss the SC soon - YotaWerx tune would have made it even better as the Maggy Tune is a POS. GL with the new Taco. Still a good choice.

Still recovering from the crash. Hospital for four days. I turned in front of a van going 50 MPH i was only going about 5 MPH. Just didn’t see it. Taco saved my life but the knee air bag damaged my legs really bad.

Ouch. Tacoma looks like it handled it pretty well. Hope you have a full recovery, legs are pretty important things.

What you can’t see in the photo is the engine and frame damage 30K estimate. Even broke the SC

    Did insurance cover the SC?

I hope you heal up well. Sorry to hear about your injuries.
