Do not like that. Hope they both recover and can come back.

    Sorry to hear this Doug.

Ours went on last week. Mid 90s.
This week we almost need the heat on in the morning, but no.

I turned my heat off a month ago and even when we had a cold snap and it got down to 60* in my house for a day, I refused to turn the heat on again!!! Was back to 70* 2 days later...

Nope. The side with the sticking caliper were cracked clean through, I was pretty close to not being able to stop at all. The other side was heavily worn and the rotor had colors from getting cooked, but not as bad as the 1st side. I was dragging my feet about doing the Tundra upgrade, but after finding scorched rotors and cracked pads, plus the bad caliper on one side ( the other caliper was a fairly new remanned unit), I was basically buying all of the components all over again, so why not install the bigger parts. I was a bit surprised to find out that the Tundra rotor was the same diameter as the "correct" one for the 4runner, it's just a LOT thicker and the Tundra calipers are huge to hold a much bigger pad, they barely fit inside of the Limited 5 star wheels.

So sorry to hear about your friend, unfortunately that seems to really hit home the most.

I thought I'd be able to enjoy some open windows for a bit, that isn't going to happen. Mid 90's and humid by the weekend.

Sorry to hear this. I will add him to my thoughts and prayers. When I was working for the power company trimming/removing trees they had me spraying a nasty chemical that I had to mix with diesel and toluene. They refused to give me a respirator or gloves. I’ve often wondered whether my autoimmune conditions are linked to those chemicals. Regardless…I count my blessings because it could be worse.

Good morning. A few hot days on tap. It makes cutting the grass unenjoyable for me.

Good morning everyone! About to go back to bed leaving tonight with I don’t know how many animals at this point I reconfigured the crates and made new shelves for the van. Now the girls are going to figure out the rest. 980EC161-BD04-4DEF-AB77-1D6D9D1B7489.jpgBC5AA3B6-84E3-4CBB-AB06-6E74A8ECAD59.jpg8C9BE0F1-417A-4D29-9958-7D47B7309EBA.jpg
