Issues with BAKFlip MX4 Tonneau Cover

2013 Gray Tacoma Quad Cab PreRunner

Just purchased a brand new BAKFlip MX4 tonneau cover for my 2013 Tacoma Quad cab with a 5ft bed. It appears that the rails are too long. I contacted BAK industries and sent them a picture and they said I have the wrong rails. They just sent me new ones and they're the same as the ones I already have. Has anyone else had issues like this? I included pictures of my problem.
