Milwaukee Tools

Separate lines but one box, I have my regular pump in the truck anyway but it might be nice to keep for topping off the tires on my wifes car. Does it work for air mattresses?

 

not as it comes out of the box, it has adapters for certain valves, like the ones on beach balls, basketballs and soccer balls, etc. but most common air mattress valves are wider than the nozzles that come with the inflator. I have a tiny USB-C rechargeable inflator I got off Amazon for my ExPed air mattress.

 

Saw some story about how Milwaukee just came out with a "resistant" M18 battery line-supposed to handle grease and such a bit better without destroying the exterior of the battery/targeted at mechanics/working on cars etc.

If you have M18 batteries and don't need any other tools on a deal, I'd jump on that M18 Fuel Hammer tool only from Northern before it gets lost... $109.99 is a killer price for a fantastic drill.

 

ive always been a bit wary of reconditioned anything, liekly overly cautious. any concern with milwaukee reconditioned like this one (i assume no since you're recomending it)?

 

Not too keen on purchasing reconditioned tools.

Picked up this at HD yesterday. Not sure if I’ll ever do $150 worth of caulking but damn it made it easy. I used to dread caulking this kinda made it fun

Been using the 5 3/8" daily. A really nice saw.

 

You will surely save $150 in labor using this tool, it was $129 for the first quarter of the year.

I used one when they first came out to changed my life. It has been on my "buy list" for a long time. It is getting closer to the top of the list too!

 

i've got a few reconditioned tools, no real problems. better than used on ebay in some cases, they just don't come with the fancy new tool case i throw away!

Dangit, I missed out on the M12 rotary (out of stock). I just killed mine over the weekend and need a replacement.

 

Well has anyone had to warranty a tool straight through Milwaukee yet? I decline the HD protection plan every time I buy. I went to use my 18v sander and it completely shit the bed. Blue flames and it feels like there’s some sort of coupler that broke between the pad and motor.

 

I'm pretty sure you have to go to the authorized repair shop. That was my experience.

 

I've gone straight through Milwaukee twice. You fill out an online form, they give you a FedEx label to send the tool in to them. Turnaround was pretty quick (no more than a week). I believe that you have to upload a proof of purchase when you fill out the form.
