you were recently asking about lifts... have you bought any aftermarket hardware aside from the wheels & lugs?

I’m rubbing a lot on my 295s on the rear of the wheel well. Did some cutting but It’s not enough. Caster is at about +5*. Coilovers set for about 3” lift.

I haven’t bought any additional aftermarket hardware. If I can get things to fit and make this setup functional without lifting it that would be ideal for now. I understand there will be cutting/trimming and it still might rub in certain situations. The goal would to lift it but if I can do that at a later time that would be ideal. I would love to have Kings but they’re not in the budget at the moment. If I decide that I do need to get suspension soon, I think I’ll go with the Eibach Stage 2.

I'm just getting at your alignment question. the answer depends, and it's all hardware-limited.

if that's the case and you don't want to deal with getting upper control arms now, then you are looking at a CMC if you want no rubbing at full articulation, and some grinding and/or trimming as you know. UCAs are typically installed with 33's so you can add caster to the alignment which moves the wheel forward away from the cab mount and rear wheel well. if you don't have UCAs and you're not set on 33's then I'd suggest a step down in tire size and install 33's when you do the full lift... it will be so much easier that way. then again some folks don't mind rubbing or a crappy alignment and wonky drive.

the target numbers are different for various trucks and preferences, but with all terrain tires it's something like this:

    LF RF
    0.0 0.0 camber
    0.05 0.05 toe-in
3-5° 3-5° caster (equal both sides or optionally a bit more on RF)
with stock UCAs you'll max out somewhere in the low to mid 2's of caster.

on my truck i sit right at
    0.0 camber
    0.03 toe-in
4.9° caster, all even both sides. but my alignment is for driving and not just to fit tires.

Also, anyone else have this spotting on the back of the wheels? I’ve never seen this before.
