If one has a lifted truck when little to no rake and tows or has a payload.. what are some easy options to help prevent/lessen rear end squats? TIA!

I have a set of Hellwig 981 Helpers. Others have had success with sumo springs and bags. If you regularly carry a lot of weight in your bed or tow frequently you may want to look into a beefier set of leaf springs like Old Man Emu (OME).

If you are wanting to go from no-rake - empty to no-rake - loaded, then your only two solutions are airbags or springs that are so stiff they might as well not be springs.

Me, thats why I like lots of rake. Because it looks level when loaded.

I’m lifted 2.5” I tow a camper now and then and put in Firestone air bags. Work great with just a little air when towing. Maybe 5 lps when I’m not

You would have to look them up or someone that recently put them on could tell you. I bought and installed mine 6 or seven years ago

I found a “new in box” set on Craigslist for $250 I think maybe 4 yrs ago? It seems like one of those parts people buy and don’t install. Just be mindful of where you run the air lines, I helped someone fix crushed lines on a motor home because of that. But they work well, easy installation.8F2AA19A-3CB4-4924-8AA9-85877ED0C879.jpg0BF56BD8-FDB6-4CFA-9399-21437CB704A1.jpg
