    It's undeniably a time consuming labor for sure but I suppose it mostly dends on how much of a stickler/perfectionist you are.

    I removed more than I probably needed to in order to get the most coverage possible (they say 30% coverage is minimum for noticeable effect, I'd say I'm at least 90% coverage and some areas 2+ layers like the back wall) and I cleaned as I went especially all the metal surfaces for the best adhesive contact and even ran some new wires and cleaned up old accessory runs as I went, replaced all factory jute pads with Dynapad/Dynaliner and I just generally tried to make the most of the opportunity. I was also very particular about how everything fit together and took my time to really roll out all the Dynamat 100%
