Think he deleted the YouTube post letting him know about this group. Since this type of stuff is a source of income for him, I'm guessing he's trying to keep things centered on his accounts which is understandable.

Same here, I dropped FB a long time ago. Now I've dropped Twitter too. I'm really glad to have found this forum!

It has nothing to do with money, and I also make no money from it lol. Facebook groups are just easier to use than Forums and more accessible for most people.

Took the Kimbo over to Pocatello to ride some single track with the family this past weekend. Pocatello has some great riding if you’ve never been, completely off the radar, and miles of riding. Camper crushed it. First trip with wife, son and dog. Excited to continue to learn how to utilize the space and packing techniques. Packing systems and organization is key.

How are you all carrying extra water? What kind of slim water tanks are you running?

Also, what page has the info on how to remove the stickers? I need to get this website off the back.

Yep totally get that. “Tacoma”world is a bit exclusive. Figured your YouTube channel is beneficial for people to check in on though. If I was running it like a business I would want to keep people focused on it.

Had to watch your first Kimbo video a few times while I waited on mine. Took a few tips from your van trips too. Mentioned above, we are all looking forward to what you have in store for yours. Hopefully the links help out a little.

Trip sounds awesome. Will have to put that spot on the map.

If it’s a warm day, they peel off pretty easy. 3M makes decal removing wheel too. Those 7gal blue cubes fit in the mud room pretty easily. First to come out, last to go in for me. Looking for a way to store more too and possibly in a better dispenser.

Wow, look who joined us. Fun. I'm still waiting on #207 (or #208, Collin moved me back without explanation), and when you said you had #213 my chin hit the floor. :annoyed:No matter, I'll be picking mine up in a few weeks. It just seems like an eternity since I sent my deposit.

Your build looks awesome and you do the best video tours of anyone out there so I was glad to see you get one. If you're taking it to the overland expo, I'm thinking demand will pick up in a huge way just from people seeing one in person. Glad I'm so close to getting one before the company suffers a major growth pinch.

Cheers, and welcome to the forum

Waiting on #269, and counting the days. Anyone here have one in the back of a Tundra? Did you need to build a platform to clear the sides of the bed, if so, how tall did you need to build it up?

Looks like the weather was primo - haven't had the chance to ride over there but it's on the list. What is the bar setup between your strut mounts?

I'm using the blue cubes but considering the collapsible clear plastic cubes (so they'll compact down for storage when empty).

Been super busy lately but getting a little riding in here and there

That's the option that allows you to attach a ski rack.

There is someone with a white tundra. I added his picture to the first post. Not quite sure what page it's on though.

Well Denver weather is drunk again. On the upside, a couple more days relaxing with the wood stove at the house possibly. High alpine will be interesting though. Ready to leave for summer break!

This question is for the dudes in here with the Firestone Ride Rite air bags. Just installed mine the other day and noticed a gap between the axle bracket and the axle, essentially making that support component useless unless I install these axle bracket extensions (Amazon link). I have a stock suspension/stock leaf setup, and there's still a gap so I imagine everyone has dealt with this issue...did y'all install these extensions? Is there another option out there that people are using?

    Thanks

I did not install the extensions on mine, but it's not a bad idea. They look to be functional. I also have cradles and that might distribute the weight a little. I have not noticed any issues without them.

    Picture of them without cradles.
