This thread just solved my headache as well. Thanks TW!

Edit: I went back in behind the head unit and found that my own wiring job was mixed up. All works well now. I suck.

So I have an similar issue, but my tweeters work, just my lower door speaker doesn't work on the drivers side. I recently installed a pioneer head unit and noticed the other day the door speaker isn't working. Any thoughts?

Did you replace your Tweeters? The door speakers are daisy-chained through the front tweeters on the 2011 (as long as it's not JBL) similar to mentioned above in this thread. If all 4 of the wires at the tweeter aren't connected, then you may not be connecting the door speakers.

I did not replace the teeters, and both tweeters are working. The passenger side lower speaker is working as well.

I'm having the same issue after installing V5 side markers and puddle pods. I took the door panel off today and removed the speaker to check the connection on the 6x9 and it's good. Then while playing music I noticed the tweeter not working either, which I did have the A-pillar off and swapped it for the KJTO grab handle so maybe when I installed that puddle pod harness I did something? Any suggestions?

Soooo ... I live in NC ... have a 2012 Access Cab ... it got a little cold here for a change and went out Monday morning and MY front factory 6x9's aren't working. Door tweeters working fine ... back whatever size they are working fine. Just the 6x9 stopped. Gotta be amp or connector right? The above solution doesn't seem the case for me since the tweeters are working fine. Any suggestions? And yes I checked the fader. lol (also NON-JBL)
