I've got +1 K02s on my '19 TRD Offroad. The spare is factory. If I have a flat I am thinking I want to keep the rear drive wheels the same size and put the spare on the front. And not drive too fast. Or does it matter for a (hopefully) short distance?

For a short distance, and as long as the difference isn't too great it wouldn't be a problem. I see guys with 35" aftermarket tires on Wranglers with 29" spare tires. I wouldn't recommend that. Not a good idea to engage 4X4 or lock the rear differential either.
