What a long strange trip it's been

I've always liked how the Tacomas looked, but up until a few years ago I thought I was a "Chevy" guy. Then I realized how many ridiculous issues my Chevys had over the years. Since then I had a RAV4 Hybrid that I traded for more than I paid to a Hyundai Santa Cruz (plus a decent check from the dealer), after six months with the Santa Cruz I sold it to Carvana for $6500 over new.

I now own a 2015 Tacoma TRD Sport, V6, 4x4, 25k miles. Only thing it really needs is better tires. Pyrite mica color, perfect condition interior (in the 7 years the first owner had it I think no one sat in anything but the drivers seat). Nice to be back to a highly customizable vehicle, looking forward to all the resources here.

Are you paying capital gains taxes on these profits? I had to on my last car proft. Easy to forget.

 

I hadn't really thought about it, I'll ask when I file taxes next year.
