Flying to NorCal this week to pick up my first Tacoma and driving down to SoCal. I’m stoked!

I asked the dealer to upgrade the wheels and tires, but now I have to figure out what to do with the tear-offs, a bit of an oversight on my part.

Looking for some advice on how to unload them early in my trek from NorCal to SoCal to reduce the risk of them getting ripped off.

I’ve had the set listed for $1,000 for a few days now on OfferUp in Sacramento and on Craigslist in a couple NorCal markets, but haven’t received any hits yet.

Unfortunately my TacomaWorld account is too new to post in the ad forums.

I imaging someone would love to have them. Should I lower my price? Do you think any local tire shops would buy them from me at a reasonable price?

    Thanks!

Who would want to buy a tire that was torn off? Try "Take offs", sounds much better and that's what they actually are. Good luck, they'll sale.

yes I sold ny take off wheels very quickly. i priced them low but with just a little nit of wiggle room. remember just storing them and moving them around has a 'cost'
