    It is a learned Habit carried down kids see the parents toss trash they thing nothing is wrong.

    I recall a few roads just like that no clue what they might be like now it has been years.

    It starts people dump something then others think This is a great spot Loader and Triaxle to haul the mess away

    I don`t know what is worse tossing trash or tossing unwanted pets . Some city people seem to think dumping a pet in the country means it will get a good home.

    This thinking is from my younger days long before any of the no kill rescues.

    Dumping "pets" is irresponsible. If you cant take care of them dont dump them. Either do the responsible thing and re-home or "dispatch" it.
