1st Gen 02 prerunner

I have been looking for some help with the shutter lock I’ve changed fluid and put some shutter fix in and it pretty much seems to be fixed until it rains that’s the reason I think it has to be electrical I haven’t counted but I have went way over a month and it works good I saw the other day one guy really seems to know what he is doing he posted some awesome information but it was about some kind of 750 transmission I have the 340E I think the one with only 2wd for get I know that’s the different and mine is 19 bolt pan I have had this thing 2yr ant figured it out yet if I had only knew that these dam things only got 15 mpg around town hell I would just bought a a full size I used to have a F700 with 6cy diesel 12’bed welder knuckle boob and it got better mileage than this thing does
