Hello, I recently came upon this sound (squeak/chirp) and for the life of me, I cannot find it to save my life. It happens out at least I notice it when I’m driving around 20-25mph and over bumps/rough roads.

link to the video sound: https://youtube.com/shorts/UKCb9n2e6BQ?feature=share

Has anyone had this sound come up on them? I need some input on how I can get this fixed. Thank you!!!

My Son's truck developed a creaking noise in the rear leafs. Only at slow speeds so we pushed and bounced on it to make the noise. Sure enough I was set on it being the leaf springs. So we folded up the factory bed cover and tried standing in the bed bouncing and it was gone. No squeaks at all, we folded the cover back out and it came back. Come to find out it was the bolt on the cover becme loose, so if you have a factory bed cover check it out. For some reason my speakers are not working on the computer so I was unable to hear the noise but just thought I would add this tip. Good luck!

Just sounds like background noise in that vid.

Where's the noise coming from? The front, rear, right side, left side? Need a little more info on where you think it's coming from.

If it's somewhere up front you should start with checking the front/radiator support body mounts. Very common that they get worn through and start making chirp/squeak noises.

It sucks chasing noises, good luck.

Does it seem to be coming from inside or outside? My 2022 has a similar squeak when off road with the windows open. Trying to decide if I should pursue it or ignore it.

Came here to say this. OP’s squeak sounds like it can be heard with window closed, VS my squeak which can be heard only with drivers side window open on my ‘21. Started at 5K miles. Mine seems timed with suspension rebound , it’s been incredibly hard to chase down.

From the driver seat while driving, it sound like it’s coming from rear passenger side, mostly over bumps.

Yep I can hear it with the windows up, at first the thought it could be a seat loose, but everything seems very tight..

Put a piece of cardboard between the passenger seat back and the center console and see if it goes away.

i had a squeak driving over things after getting new tires. the spare wasn't raised all the way back up and was rubbing around a tad. one turn with the extension fixed that for me.

I was thinking you were on to something here, but after I kept driving and hit some bumps where I took the video, and it was back! Lol

so I think I found out where mine was coming from. If I hit my passenger side from fender I could mimic the sound. I stuck my hand under the wheel well liner and could feel a bolt loose on a metal bracket. The chirp was coming from metal on metal. I got my hand up in there with a ratchet and was able to tighten it up, and I haven’t heard it since! But it is a very tight spot to get your hand and ratchet up in there!

Finally just tightened up the spare tire crank. Instantly sorted it out. My 8 year old son did it for me. Super easy, try it first for sure.

I have a chirp thats been driving me mad, I found it. It's the metal bracket inside the drivers rear wheel well on the top. Two bolts have rusted and pulled through the mounts and it is loose.. The Liner "clips" into this loose bracket. Also rattles and makes noise when shuttin the door. Not sure on the fix yet, since the lag bolts have pulled through. I'll post my fix.
