Yeah, I've got an angle grinder, but there's nothing left to grind!

 

So I got to finally talk to the daughter of the people who have the 167 acres behind me. Super nice lady and loves what I've been doing to the house. Also found out some stuff in the 'hood. Pretty much confirmed the guy who was creeping around my house the one night was the one across the street in the trailer.

We were also talking about the guy beside me. Apparently he's slowly starting to "lose it". I was worried when the inevitable happens they'll develop that land into housing. (Theres a good 7 acres beside and behind me)She plans to get ahold of it. It will also give me the opportunity to buy an acre beside/behind me.

Thought it was nice to finally meet someone from that family. I occasionally get their packages so I told them if you see my trucks on camera it's just me dropping them off where they belong.

Told her I'd keep an eye on her dad. He's not supposed to be driving and I'll see him occasionally driving the farm truck to get the mail, which is fine. But he drives across the street to turn around, and isn't supposed to be driving.
