When I went to the A.R.E. dealer a couple weeks ago and got keys for the shell I tried 4 of the 5 locks and the key fit. I didn’t try #5 cause a guy was standing in front of it. I assumed it fit. Wrong. I had them order a #5 lock so the same key would fit them all instead of having 2 different keys. Went and got it today, it came with keys :annoyed:

I see that the poll now includes meat tenderization.

I dry-age my own steaks. Salt and pepper on a small baking sheet with a rack to allow air circulation. Let it sit for 48hrs and it turns out fantastic. 50/50 salt and pepper. I also sub a little red top into the salt blend to kick it up.

edit: forgot to mention in the fridge.

Well this week can get bent.

My wife just got off the phone with the vet. Our bulldog had a mass removed last week. Pathology just came back. It's cancer, too.

    I appreciate it.

I'm sure it come from my wife being in the ER for years but the dark sense of humor has a tendency to come out in us to keep our sanity in times like this.

We have both ends of the digestive tract covered. My mom's esophagus and my dog's butt.

    Just checked. NLA.

I did hear that a mom and pop company out of Orlando will be doing an after market run this winter. check in the spring, they may replace them free of charge and you will never know they were there until you fire the rig up.

That really sucks. Dogs are better than people. Hate to see them suffer.
