Yeppers, but I don't have much to show for it yet except dirt. I've only planted onions and seeds so far and I didn't get the last of the onions in till yesterday because I staggered their planting. Hoping to pick up some tomatoes at some point over the weekend to start :fingerscrossed:

We were still having lows in the 30s last week lol

My spider plant had babies so I gave them some dirt

Our swallows also came back and just finished the nest up on our mudroom porch and are almost finished on the front. Probably a few more days for that nest because it was a fresh build.

Basically, yes. They come with a little clump of mud in their beaks and ram it up in there.

They're super chatty birds. I'm sitting in the living room with the TV on and I can hear them in the background behind me when they're actively building. I'll try and get some audio at some point. Sooooo many birds.

Nice use for that old plate

The wind blows everything around here so I've become less shocked at the where the hell did this come from items that I find shoved in nests or just scattered about.

They make a massive mess. I've got mud flung up on our front windows that I'll clean once they've finished building and then we'll be clean again till the babies hatch and it becomes poop central. I learned the hard way the first year and now I'll remember like last time to throw a chunk of cardboard down to catch it.
