This is our grumpy, mischievous, fluff ball of a cat, Chee Chee. She’s about 2 years old. My sister has a stray cat hang around her house and when she had babies, we ended up with this little hellion. Not sure of her breed, but we think maybe Maine Coon in her at the least She looks so “petable”, but would prefer you only look, not touch. She loves to sit on the window sills, look out the front door & “hunt” the birds that nest on our front porch, and most of all be grumpy.

Fricks at 18+, he's a big boy like Panther.
We went camping this weekend up in Sebastion. Put Frick out when we left since he drinks out of puddles and kills shit. Tina put his food and water out by the front door for him, told her thats useless because a coon is going to eat it. Came home the following night and sure as shit, food all over the place, had to be a coon, water was gone.
Frick was laying in the yard eating a rabbit.
Thats the last time we put food out for him when we go somewhere for a minute. Fucker feeds himself and drinks out of puddles and doesn't give a shit about rain, seen him sitting in the yard during a downpour.

That’s about right. Your lucky Frick rides in vehicles. All my cats hate it with a passion.

Funny, last night Panther wanted in and out a few times to go eat. It’s like he knows exactly where to go get a snack. He brings his mice back to the patio door, eats it and then meows letting me know he is done.

Rides in vehicles? HELL NO....he does NOT ride in vehicles. He rode in a vehicle once and once only, from her place to mine which is a mile total. The sounds he made were not of this world.

Tina and I went camping, he got thrown out of the house because he doesn't use a litter box, he takes care of business outside.

Tina and I went camping in Sebastion, he went "camping" at home. Which is why he was eating a rabbit for dinner when we got home the following night, cause the coons ate all his dinner and drank all his water or he was going back to his roots :notsure:

Frick scratches at the door, he doesn't meow to be let back in.

He is the badass of the neighborhood. I had a cat like that growing up. In the summer with the windows open, you hear him fighting another cat. It was so funny hearing these cats fight every night.

I’m not a cat owner but I rescued this little guy from getting beaten up by one of my dogs last Monday in my front yard (note that my house is fenced).

Anybody want a cat that lives in the El Paso or Las Cruces area? I can’t keep him. I have 3 dogs that are already currently fighting and having to keep them separate.

Looks like he’s happy to be a lap cat, so he’s probably strayed from home, with some little kid crying over the loss. Make an effort to find his owner, he’s not feral.

Cat was sick and thin when I got him last week. My neighborhood is full of not so caring owners… lots of feral cats. Doubt if anybody that’s looking for it cared as much as you though if you look at that picture.

You have done a really good job cleaning the little one up! Thanks for your care and compassion. Are there any rescue groups or intake shelters in your area that could help find a foster to help?

They’re all full/ at capacity and not taking any animals :(
I’ve been keeping him separate from all the dogs but feels like I won’t be able to rehome him. Might end up keeping him if I don’t find a suitable home.

Oh I misunderstood you Rob. Hope you two had a good time.

Maybe you and Tina can come out to Colorado and go "camping" sometime.

Yeah, everything stays away from our house now, including dogs. Its funny when the other people are walking their dogs by, the dogs move to the other side of the road and look at our house side ways as they go by, he'll be in the front yard all smug just laying there watching them from his kingdom. It's kind of comical to watch.

It's on my list to take her too. She has only been to a few southeastern states and NY once. Nothing like I plan to show her from all my years living in the west and the mountains. I plan on blowing her away with where I want to take her. Most of us that have done any appreciable amount of off road camping in the west know what I am talking about.
