Any of you guys have trouble with door lock actuators? My rear door on the driver side was slowly acting up and now it doesn't work at all. Have to manually lock and unlock it, which is a pain in my ass more than I ever thought it would be.

Is this something I can fix myself with a new actuator or solenoid motor? I called my local dealer and they estimated $600 to fix this issue.

Trucks a 2018 TRD Off Road DCSB.

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Open it up and see what's happening when you hit the Lock button. Does the solenoid buzz or hum? If it does, is the linkage binding?
It may simply require some DIY maintenance.
