    This might be a stupid question but when engaging 4H is it normal to barely hear a click. I would expect the actuator to be more audible. The 4wd light turns on and doesn’t blink so I’m assuming it’s fine but it just seems odd. I have. 2022 sr5

    Yeah, 4WD is just the T-Case actuator. Small click and you are done.

    Oh look, another mod....
    I barely hear a click when I switch into 4H or 4L. It's not as loud as I thought, but that's fine with me.

    It depends how well things are lined up. Sometimes, it is silent, and other times, it is pretty loud.
