Need some help. 2021 Tacoma trd pro. I was trying to wire something up (doesn’t matter what because I gave up on it and undid the wiring) I had tied into the yellow wire which I believe is a switched ground and the lighter blue wire on my drivers side A pillar dome light connection. I believe I inadvertently touch the wrong wires and I had a small spark and a little smoke come up from the corner of drivers side dash by the speaker area. Now my dome lights will not switch off. I can manually turn them off but that’s the only way. The abs, trac control and passenger air bag lights also are on. The weird part is I discovered they only come and stay on if I start the truck with the door open aka if I depress the door switch when I start the truck the warning lights turn off. The dome lights still don’t work correctly. All the fuses look intact and it hasn’t thrown any codes.
I do have diode dynamics led interior bulbs but they’ve been in place for a year without any issues.
Does anybody have a clue as to what I blew/messed up?

Check these diagrams and see if you can determine which wires you tapped. Then you can trace the wire to its source.
Unfortunately, many of the illumination wires feed into the main body ECU. Hopefully, you simply smoked a connector, and not the ECU.

Next time disconnect the battery before playing with wiring. I don't know why so many people skip that simple but important step.

Dame it people, please please disconnect battery when doing any electrical work.
You should be glad somehow you didn't activate the airbag.
The issue could be from anything/anywhere.
