They are a nice kit and for it being pretty much bolt in, it’s pretty well priced considering the price I have seen to have your fenders tubbed.

says almost 4" of clearance over stock which suggests 37s might fit?

Do any of you have experience with any of the no-name brand brake kits on Amazon? My front brake pads are down to 3mm, and I'm told I need to "service" the rotors too. The dealership wants $650. I've used Max Brakes on a previous car, but was not taken off road and needing to keep me from flying down a hill after being driven through a mud hole.

Too many step 3's has a direct effect on all step 1 and 2's. However, science has proven that creativity is best achieved while under the influence.

    Mostly stock for now...
I installed the "Stock" style replacement rotors and ceramic pads from Max Brakes a couple of months ago - stops just fine, but I'm mostly driving long haul on the 401 and/or Hwy 7...

My kid has Max Brakes on his Jetta and they have been fantastic....but for what we do? I'd hate to be the guinea pig.
I've used powerstop and they are topnotch...or you go factory replacement...I guess you are the guinea pig!!!

You can probably get cheap oem stuff off of an online dealer (Scarborough or Toyota parts direct which you better just type in the right part number or they will fuck you).

pads and rotors are pretty simple. Maybe only an hour tops. Can get the pins and springs at Napa for cheap.

also I believe Max breaks is in the gta and can be picked up locally. They have different levels of kits and stuff. My brother in law runs them on his ram which he drives like a race truck with some crazy rims (dubs).

Not to mention, a few people seem to be complaining about the negative performance in that snorkel. But I think if you're going that way you either don't care and want it for looks or you got the money so it doesn't matter haha.

At half the price I'd do the airaid or stick with the good ol' Dobinson

Damn, is this a good thing or a bad thing? Beast is actually super close to me but Ski has always had good reputation.

Hey everyone just created a thread for the intermediate trail run Boundary Rd to Hogsback. Had some great success with the last two runs I did here so let’s do this again.

Do you need 37" tires and a $1500 snorkel for this?:D
