Has anyone actually received the 2022 TRD Pro wheels? I'm seeing where the part number was posted, but dealer can't confirm the part number for the wheel. Also, the center cap part number doesn't show as valid.

    Thanks!

The part numbers in this thread should be good. I havent tried ordering a set myself yet but the descriptions in the catalogs fit and everyone is saying these same part numbers are good. If you can't find the red TRD caps then maybe consider the bronze Toyota caps. They should look good on either color you choose. I was seeing those around $19 a piece. Shouldn't break the bank if you choose later down the road to get the red TRD caps.

I've got this combo in the works - not a fan of the bright red with the army green (removed the bed decals for this reason, too christmas-y). Figured worst-case-scenario I paint the caps black? Will post pics once they are installed.

Matte black TRD pro wheels with the trail edition center caps - haven't decided if I'm into it or not. Not a huge fan of the red TRD pro center caps, especially with how the red and the army green clashes...Maybe they'll grow on me, or look better with a little dirt on them?IMG_7262.jpg IMG_7263.jpg

I think that looks awesome! Much better than the red ones, especially with the green truck (which was what I wanted, but I ended up settling for white because it was what was available at the time last Dec.).

Does anyone want to buy a pair of Bronze SR5 Trail wheels/caps? I think $1800 is fair with the tires mounted, balanced, and TPMS sensors since that's a little less than I paid for just the wheels and sensors.

I have only put ~2k miles on them, but in a surprise turn we are trading my work truck for a Rivian. I can't complain (obviously), but I will miss my Tacoma and feel silly upgrading lighting, grille, and wheels to only put ~7k miles on the thing (2k of which were on these wheels/tires since I bought it in the winter and had snow tires mounted on stock wheels when I picked it up in Dec.).

I just found out I need 50 posts to use the buy/sell, but if you're anywhere near VT and want these sweet wheels, let me know.

So you paid over $1800 for just the wheels and some TPMS sensors? The wheels are like $240 a piece from the dealer and a sensor is like $65 a piece from the dealer….

Just trying to keep ya honest man. You didn’t pay that much. Lol.

Wheels around $1,100 with tax and shipping

    Center caps around $100

    Tpms around $200/$300

    He’s not that far off

But you’d be better off just buying your own TBH

That’s about right on the money for what I ended up paying, based on my memory anyways. I’ll post a receipt from the dealer tomorrow when I’m in my office (where I have it). I was honestly pretty surprised at how much it all added up to with the TPMS install/tire mount and balance.

I know I’m not going to get what I paid for, but keeping in mind that this is also with an almost new set of tires, what do you think a reasonable price to ask for is?

It’s not a crazy amount to ask for the set. It’s just about finding someone local to pay it.

I’d probably take around $1,500 for the set and be happy

I was going off of what I remembered, so I guess if you don't count labor, it was $1,680. I'm trying to sell them as a whole package with wheels and tires (both with less than 2k miles on them), so I figured that would be a fair starting price to ask for. I may end up having to take the tires off to sell them separately since most people interested in these rims probably won't be interested in the Wrangler Adventure tires.

I would also be throwing in a set of black Toyota lug nuts.

Wow, this is genius! I also don't love the red on the Pro caps and this looks phenomenal. I also love how it says "Toyota" rather than "TRD".

Do you have any pics to show how much poke is with those wheels? Are those tires 265 or 285? And are you running a lift?

You’re welcome! Just found and started following your build thread. That truck's been through a lot of wheels and tires so I hope you keep these ones on them for a while.
