No idea on the bed rack but I can tell you that their customer service is piss poor. I ordered a lock box for my center console, had issues and left a half dozen voice mails and also submitted emails to their customer service tab on their website with zero replies. Buyer beware in this day and age I guess but just pray you don't have any issues or you'll be SOL. $hit company

Well, i ordered the Hooke Road Bed Rack and let me just tell you...BUYER BEWARE! I should have known I was in trouble when I started searching for the Customer Service number (extremely difficult to find) only to find it's a "Google Voice" number (which they don't answer).

I opened the box to find numerous deep scratches exposing bare metal. The lock nut threads on the bed channel inserts were either covered with weld slag or powder coating. I literally had to take a tap and re-thread each one. Of course, I broke a tap in the process. The channel inserts were slightly bowed (i assume from excessive heat when welding lock nuts on so I had to remove all bed channel bolts prior to sliding rack inserts into place.

5.5 hours later (includes paint and dry time to cover up deep scratches from the factory/was unable to match powder coating color so i have a partial discolored bed rack) I went to mount the rack only to discover it's slightly too short for my 2nd Gen. Tacoma.

I could go on and on, but I think you get the drift here. Have plenty of pics if anyone needs to see.

    Soooo, you wouldn’t recommend?

Also, did you try contacting them about all the issues before you repaired them?

I did not as I weighed out the pain of repacking and shipping back to simply fixing myself. I didn't discover the size issue until I put in the work.

I have the roof rack from this company, got is about 1.5years ago. I personally had a good experience with customer service, the product didn't arrive in correct condition (wrong hardware, incorrect back piece) but the rep would respond within 2 days of each message and went did more than enough to correct the issue. Noteworthy: stick to written communication. They use google translate or something, but like I said, the product arrived incorrect, and they made it right.)

I just found one from some internet site that has it listed 1week sale from $509 on sale for $308. I jumped in it after watching several You Tube videos from owners. All said easy install with zero issues. I shall see..
