I did the Kicker speaker upgrade a couple weeks ago. Added a little sub to the mix today. Did a square 8 inch Kicker in a little box that I fabed up, fits right in the passenger side rear cubby. Powering it with a Kick cxa 400.1, gives 300 watts at 2 ohms. Used a line out converter from Amazon to send a signal to the sub amp which is parked under the passenger front seat. Everything clears the seat and the sub just clears on the inside at the top, had to sand a little mdf out of the way. I would have liked to follow the lines on the cubby, but needed the room for the speaker.

Has anyone added a Kicker Key amp for the mids and highs along with the line out converter for the sub on a stock non-JBL head unit, the truck is a 2020?

Touched up a nick on the new RCI sliders, probably occurred during packing. The VHT roll bar & chassis flat black matches the powder coating pretty well…..

 

Been out of the military for a few years now, spent the last 7 years as a police officer in the Bay Area, decided to go back to flying and heading up there to fly helicopters full time.

 

Interior detail. What are y’all paying for windshield replacements on TSS models?

 

I will i plan on taking about 15 days for the whole trip, spending a good portion of that in BC

 

I have had 2x OEM windshields in 4 years. The OEM seem to chip and crack easy.

The only trails I use are really popular and you’ll find them asking anyone once you’re here, so unfortunately I can’t help much with that.

Looks cute with the new wheels and all... but I specifically did not want to cut my bumper to fit them, so OEM wheels went back on. I picked up the R4T bumper caps so when my C4 hybrid bumper arrives, I can sell my OEM bumper in a single, complete, virgin piece. I anticipated all the massaging that would be required near the firewall in the wheel well, but didn't expect the bumper and tires to clash. I don't know why I didn't consider it happening...

 

Wish I could do the same, but mine stripped out a long time ago. Got the stock tonneau with the truck and it has a post there that I've been working around for 6 years.

Did the kicker speaker upgrade front and back, sound deadening to the rear door (ran out of steam to do the front), added the kicker HS10 powered sub, and the pop & lock. Super happy with the improved sound system.

 

3500 miles and so far just 1 TSB done on the truck.
