2012 JBL tweeters help

My stock JBL tweeters are squeaking and it drives me nuts, I’m thinking about upgrading all of the speakers to some 2.3ohm JBL speakers and maybe changing the 8” sub as well. I’m no professional by any means just looking for something that sounds a little better, but this JBL system is racking my brain. Wish I could get ahold of the previous owner and stop him from ordering the JBL system anyway I’m trying to find a solution for the tweeters, I’ve searched all over and can’t find anything that’s plug and play that would work with my JBL system. It’s just all talk about the damn Subaru kicker tweeters. I’m assuming those would just cause me issues being they are 4ohms?? If someone has any suggestions or can point me in the right direction that would be a huge help. Thank you
