I’ve got a set of DMR Deathgrips in Snow Camo if you want to try them out. Free 99. They are brand new and my favorite grips, however the snow camo looks like garbage on the raw Spire and I’m not going to use them.

I’ll probably take that offer plus the camo will look good if I do like them. I’m going to try a slightly softer setting on them today and with gloves.

I don’t often get two days without work so had to take advantage. On the way to Solo Jarrods place.

The older I get, the more I look for longer, technical climbs and the resulting longer descents. I finally found a decent route at another local trail system called Chicopee.

The dork disc purpose is to prevent the chain from jumping too far and going into the spokes. Keep your bike tuned properly and this shouldn’t ever be an issue. It’s also there to prevent nosey looky loo’s that are standing on the left side of your bike from seeing your cassette and knowing what gears you are running.

Both are moot points, remove it please. :D

Got some road miles on this weekend, great scenery in upstate NY. The old rebuilt Schwinn did pretty well!

Dude! Memorial weekend in SLC? Wow! Send that moisture south to NM! We need it, the state’s on fire and trails are closed.

Sent the wood first time on senior discount, I did look at it. Over jumped first one and over jumped the bigger second wooden ramp. Too much time in air and not enough skill will send you OTB. Next trip didn’t pedal and went great. Still scared though

So... I finally got my 1up rack installed today. The hitch lock that comes with it seems like a cheap pos. I ordered a tilton hitch lock, BUT the pin can't fit through the rack hole on the 1up. Any recommendation for a beefy hitch pin lock that will fit?

I’m in good company then. We went to the Coldwater enduro this weekend and I went otb a minute into the first stage. No lasting damage but it took some of the wind out of my sails for the rest of the day.
