bed rack/storage/tonneau for work/play

OK so I am a restaurant owner/ chef and would love to maximize my bed space.
Looking at either soft topper or hard topper, but really love the look of the bed racks.
This looks like the best option for someone transporting catering gear:

Would love any other options out there for those that use the truck for work/pleasure. Ideally I can rig this truck for fishing and off-roading, but still be able to pull a food trailer and haul a few cambros and work gear in the bed (and keep it dry if needed)

Can't wait to fall down this rabbit hole and spend a disturbing amount of money on things I probably don't need but also apparently absolutely have to have.
