Anyone deal with Toyota ProShop?

Haha you will be fine... got my knock off from some shop online never heard of. My cousin directed me to them- price was so so and it came from China !!! Before Covid - thank God ! I’ve been rocking it since beginning of March no issues and garnish holds up decent .

 

My fake pro grill has been working perfectly don’t see the point in spending $400+ for an oem grill that’s just purely cosmetic

 

@ToyotaProShop ive been waiting for my headlights to ship, paid a good amount of money for them. I ordered them almost a week ago and no shipping information or anything. Can you guys at least keep me updated? What’s going on?

Yo @ToyotaProShop can you give me any guidance on adjusting the tss sensor on the pro grille with the tss garnish I bought from you? I keep getting “clean sensor” error and I’ve tried 1,3 and now 5 thin washers as shins to adjust it from looking like it was pointing down to up now...can’t be sure though. Still able to use the small screw just to give you an idea how thin the washers are. I’d say I’m about 5/16 to 3/8” shimmed. Help! Thanks

 

Did you not have to shim the sensor? I’m sure you bought the garnish?

 

Still need to shim the tss with garnish? 2021 Tacoma 4x4 sport

 

I just screwed if right into place without any washers and have the very occasional clean sensor if it’s snowing or dusty but other than that it works fine

I am one not to review a business, but I recently ordered the PRO grille from @ToyotaProShop and received it within a week of order. After opening the package I noted that a corner of the grille was in pieces. Contacted them immediately and received a response back immediately apologizing for something that was out of their control (thinking that our North Dakota -30* weather and the way shipping companies handle packages was the culprit). They sent out a new grille no questions asked and received it within 3 days! I have not seen an OEM Pro Grille but I feel the quality is well worth the money paid.

I bought a trd pro grill with TSS sensor from Toyota proshop over a year ago. Works great never had a issue. Just Recently the letter Y fell off during a camping trip. I reached out to Toyota pro shop and asked if I can purchase some letters. They suggested they would ship out a set free of charge. I was like wow that's awesome thanks! A short time later the letter frame came in and didn't match up ( different screw pattern) I reach back out and they suggested to send me a whole new grill.. at that point I knew I was dealing with a very great company who works hard for good customer service.

I 100% highly recommend @ToyotaProShop and will do more business with them in the future THANKS !
