Sporadic miss

Hi, I have a 2000 Tacoma Prerunner with a 3.4. About 3 months ago I started it up in the morning and it developed a miss and after a few seconds, it corrected itself. It did it again about a month later and once again, it corrected itself after a few seconds.
Sine then, the miss has been occurring more frequently and lasting longer. The check engine light has not come on and there are no codes when I check with my reader.
I have replaced all the plugs, coils and plug wires. I have also cleaned the MAF sensor as well as the IAC valve.

If it was a valve, the miss would be continuous. I guess that I'll try the injectors although I suspect that my problem is electrical.
