I can't stand to see one child do without because of their circumstance. Children have a soft spot in my heart. I have been blessed with more than I can spend and jump at the chance to make a kid smile. Can you imagine how they feel when everyone around them gets to participate, but they don't. It's hard for them to understand.

 

That is an awesome idea, the recital isn't until June 18th.

 

Kids don't have a choice as to what their parents do or what they are born in to, it sucks.

 

Again this morning coming to work:

1. Got behind someone pulling a trailer with a small tractor on it and they kept crossing over into the other lane, no chains or straps on the tractor
2. Came around a curve and a Dodge dually over on my side
3. Coming through town, someone in a extended cab long bed Chevy sitting in the road blocking both northbound lanes and over about 2' in the southbound lanes. They were trying to cross the road and must've not seen cars coming and instead of backing up, just sat there.

I'm ready for a vacation.

 

I almost got hit yesterday. Ram truck pulling a landscape trailer didn't understand the concept of the 2 left turn lanes. I wasn't running over the curb , he was just gonna have to hit me. I laid on the horn and he missed me. At least at the next light he rolled down his window and apologized.

 

I don't think Shane's wife gets along well with her mother either. Remember Cole's birthday party?

 

I feel so bad for some of the kids in our son's Kindergarten class. The kids seem to be happy but you can tell the parents don't give a shit.

re: poll, the electrician in me won’t let me do anything other than over the top. But if you have a cat that likes to play with the TP, going under the roll can keep them from spreading the roll all over the bathroom.

 

My boss told me a while back that growing up his family had a cat that would unroll it and to this day he still puts it under because of that.

I always run the paper over the top.
I have been in a bathroom where the dispenser is just out of reach from the seated position. In that case over the top or underneath...it doesn't matter.

 

I heard that before the corn cob , people used their left hand. That's why everyone shakes right hands.
