    Looks great.

    I have winter steel wheels on my 2018 Sport. I think they're a set of the spare rims and look very similar to yours. Just wondering if those center caps would fit?

    I believe the center caps I went with specifically clip into the OEM 17" FJ wheel (or same style) from the front. See some reference pics below for how they clip in. If your steelies have the notches in the center opening, I can't see why they wouldn't fit. If you have the 16" Tacoma spare wheels (with the oval hole), I haven't seen anyone running these center caps with those.

    Gotcha. Thanks. My rims have a different center. Round without the indents. Sucks that Toyota doesn't have a center fthat fits spare steel wheels that a lot of us use for winter rims.

    I bought them from this seller directly, they had center caps for an extra $7.50 + free shipping. 4 new rims with caps to my door for like $320. Will post pics once I get tires and get them mounted.

    Is there anything special with these I need to consider regarding lug nuts on these steelies? Any standard Tacoma "acorn style" will work? Or not?

    I went with
    $33 Dorman 711-356 Black Chrome Spline Drive Lock Set M12-1.50 Compatible with Select Models, 20 Pack
    spline drive style acorn nuts to avoid any clearance issues with my FJ center caps. I thought that a standard hex acorn nut may interfere when you're trying to loosen/tighten them with a socket (when you have the center caps on).

    The first link you posted (20 pack) is the right size and style, should work as long as you don't have any clearance issues. The second link you posted (4 pack) is the right size but the wrong style, you need the matching acorn style.

    I think most hubs intended for use with steel wheels are 5 lugs (like for trailers or base model trucks), hence the 20 pack for 4 wheels. I bought a 20 pack and a 4 pack.

    Just put on a set of 16" steelies. They're the spare rims with the much coveted double oval. Why settle for one oval when you can have two? As an oval-shaped small rock collector these are great when using as a filter to separate out oval stones and rocks I find along the trail. Bought them in black and had them powder coated an off white. For those wondering, the TPMS sensors are
    $42 Denso 550-0103 TPMS 315-MHZ Sensor for Toyota/Lexus with Factory Alloy Wheel Options. (THIS SENSOR MUST BE PROGRAMMED BEFORE USE), Black
    Denso 550-0103 and they worked perfectly. I went from the factory alloy rims and original 265/65/17 GrandTrek AT20's to 245/75/16 Micheline LTX M/S's. One thing I learned is that the powder coating process added mass to the wheels' axle hole making them tough to get on. Was like trying to get a small wedding ring on the finger of a three hundred pound woman. I took them to a Road Force Wheel balancing shop and them cats said they were well balanced to begin with. Very little weight was needed.

    It may just be phantom pain, but I seem to be able to notice the added weight while driving. Little bit sluggish. Oh well, form over function!

    Been looking for a new 17" steel spare wheel for a 2019 Tacoma. When calling around for possible Toyota wheels, I get the following two part numbers: 4261135430 (specifically for a 4 Runner) and 42601AD050 (for the Tacoma). Could anyone explain the difference between the two wheels?
