Canopy repair

2021 TRD off road

I purchased a used canopy a few months ago it is 3 years old and in decent shape, I got a steal on it 600 bucks. It is the wrong color so I will be getting it painted however it has a few small chips on the outside bottom edge. None of these are into the fibers of the canopy all appear to be in the gel coat and really minor. I am trying to figure out what my best course to repair these small chips before it is painted. I would appreciate any advice on how to take care of these small blemishes.
