With the crazy prices I'm considering selling my truck and getting a small RV - and a bang around car. My son is joining a ski team and if I have an RV I can bum around with him this winter.

    2016 DCLB
    Inferno
    OME suspension
    90K Miles
seat covers since new - etc
A couple of small upgrades here and there.

GFC installed with homemade bed drawer

    I am in Vancouver BC.

I was thinking I could probably get close to CAD$ 50K. That would be US$ 40K.

    Does this seem reasonable?

I love the truck but I can sell it for what I paid for it in 2016!

Not sure about $50k since you got like 150k km, but I think $40k for sure.

I can probably get $45k-$48k for mine, but I only have 52k km and it’s a 2018. No way I’m selling mine though, gonna keep it till the wheels fall off.

I'm thinking with the camper. Yep - 40+ for just the truck. Sounds like I'm in the right ballpark.

Gotcha. Yeah I mean if you find the right buyer that wants that camper that you build.

Got any pics of the camper?

I'm in Vancouver (mostly), if you're here - come by and see it anytime. It's pretty bitchin. I just need something with a furnace to keep my 11 year old son warm during ski season.

I’m in surrey so pretty close, might have some time on the weekend. I’ll let you know.

All you need is a diesel heater. I bought this guy recently. The red one on top of the pic, really good deal. Just gotta buy dryer vent ducting to direct the heat where you need.

OP good luck with the sale. Interested to find out what it sells for. I thought that the shine on our trucks was starting to decrease a little due to the high gas prices?

Not sure about losing the shine. There's a damn long list to get one up here. My buddy couldn't find a Jeep either. Literally zero stock at the dealers. It's kind of insane.

I'm in the LM as well. I have 22K km's (13.5K miles) on my 2020 TRD Sport 4X4. It's a long term truck just as I have with my other Toyota truck. I don't plan to sell.

Interesting that the my local dealer had 10 used Tacoma's with 1 new on lot before gas prices went up. Was just at same dealer recently, May 20th. They had 6 used and 3 new Taco's on the lot.

Avoided all sales persons while I wandered around waiting for LOF so I don't know if those 3 TRD Sport DCLB 4X4's were spoken for or if the used ones were languishing.

This beauty was one of three tho.

Black one just behind the LR. Also a white one there that day.
